Serves as chief operating officer of the Saint Paul Public Library. Performs highly-responsible leadership and managerial work related to the vision, mission, and operations of SPPL. Directs system-wide Library functions to include budget and finance, evaluation and performance measurement, integrated library systems administration, facilities, capital projects, materials management, and circulation.
