SAINT PAUL - Several Saint Paul Public Library book clubs will be celebrating Black History Month this February. Book clubs are free, and new members are always welcome. Most book clubs meet monthly, and the theme for February is African-American history and experiences. Books selected for discussion can be checked out from the library catalog.
