SAINT PAUL, MN - The Saint Paul Public Library is hosting three live jazz performances in June leading up to the Twin Cities Jazz Festival. Events are free and all are welcome.

Pianist/composer and McKnight Fellow Bryan Nichols leads his quartet (JT Bates, Brandon Wozniak, James Buckley) through a program of original works showcasing the depth and possibilities of original jazz composition, from the storied works of the great 20th-century composer/instrumentalists to the new music of modern musical explorers.

Authentic and original, the music of Tres Mundos blends salsa, samba and jazz. Tres Mundos features pianist/vocalist Viviana Pintado from Cuba, percussionist Eliezer Freites-Santos from Brazil, and saxophonist/flutist Douglas Little from the United States.
