Saint Paul - The Saint Paul Public Library invites the public to meet local makers in a showcase of local creativity. Artists, crafters, technologists, and tinkerers will be sharing their creations at this second-annual, all-ages Maker Fest event at the new Arlington Hills Community Center, 1200 Payne Avenue, Saint Paul, on Saturday, June 28, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Participants include a shoe maker, a wood turner, a shrinky dink jewelry artist, the University of Minnesota's Digital Fabrication Lab, and many more! There will be self-directed art activities and performances by a variety of bands, including Savage Aural Hotbed.
