Saint Paul Public Library will offer series of kids’ yoga classes

Date: Mar 10th, 2014

The Saint Paul Public Library is working with local yoga instructors to bring kids' yoga to the library. In the Kids' Yoga series, kids will have the opportunity to get creative and move their bodies.

The series features Yoga Storytelling, where children work together to create and tell stories with their bodies, and Make-A-Mat Yoga, where children decorate a yoga mat and then do some stretches.

Free! Space is limited. Please call the library if you would like to reserve a spot.

These programs are made possible by the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
