A Good Book and a Reading Buddy

Noel may not seem like your usual library patron or storytime buddy, but she is a regular at the Sun Ray Branch Library.
Noel, a 9-year-old waggly-tailed golden retriever, and her owner Jolene Jackelen are part of R.E.A.D. Dogs Minnesota, a program started in 2003 to encourage and improve children's reading with the help of a therapy animal.
