The Central Library is located at 90 West Fourth Street, across the street from Rice Park, on the block bordered by Fourth Street, Washington Street, Kellogg Boulevard, and Market Street.

The Library is accessible to the Skyway system via the RiverCentre Connection tunnel between RiverCentre and Landmark Towers.

Driving Directions

From the east, take I-94 to the Kellogg Boulevard exit. Exit left onto Kellogg. Go west on Kellogg to Market Street (about 20 blocks). Turn right on Market continuing for one block. At the next intersection, turn left onto 4th Street. The Library will be on your left.

From the west, take I-94 to the Marion Street/Kellogg Boulevard exit. Turn right onto Kellogg. Continue on Kellogg for several blocks, to Market Street. Turn left on Market. At the next intersection, turn left onto 4th Street. The Library will be on your left.

From the south, take I-35E to the Kellogg Boulevard exit. Turn right onto Kellogg. Continue for about 3 blocks on Kellogg to Market Street. Turn left on Market. At the next intersection, turn left onto 4th Street. The Library will be on your left.

From the north, take I-35E to the 10th Street/Wacouta exit. Follow Wacouta to Kellogg Boulevard. Turn right on Kellogg, and follow Kellogg to Market Street. Turn right on Market Street. At the next intersection, turn left onto 4th Street. The Library will be on your left.
