There are over 90 apartments and 6 townhomes that are part of the building. Laundry facilities are available on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors. Enclosed parking is on the floor above the library. There is on-site management with an office, a community room for renters to use for events, and a meeting room in the apartment office.
