Neighborhood Development Center (NDC), in collaboration with Rondo Community Outreach Library, offers workshops and services at the Rondo Library for emerging entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Thursdays, 1 - 3 p.m. - Neighborhood Development Center staff will be available in the Business Resource Center Office to provide business resource assessments and referrals. Want to talk to someone about starting a business? Stop in!

Other electronic resources available at all branches of the St. Paul Public Library include magazine databases, free access to the archives for the St. Paul Pioneer Press and Minneapolis Star-Tribune, business databases, and ReferenceUSA.
