November 15, 2014 - February 15, 2015 at five Saint Paul Public Library locations.

Do you need to enroll in health insurance, shop for a new plan, or simply renew coverage you got through MNsure?  MNsure navigators from Health Access MN will help you sign up.

MNsure is not only a marketplace for buying private insurance plans, but also the application tool for enrolling in low-cost insurance like MinnesotaCare and Medical Assistance.

If you plan to attend, you will need to bring the following:

  • Social security number for everyone applying for coverage
  • Dates of birth of everyone in your household
  • Information about all sources of income
  • If possible, recent paystubs, tax return and W-2
  • Information about insurance offered by an employer
  • For non-citizens, Green Card or other immigration documents

The program runs from November 15, 2014, until February 15, 2015.

Arlington Hills Library, 1200 Payne Avenue

  • Mondays: 3 to 7 p.m.
  • Tuesdays: 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Sundays: 1 to 5 p.m.

George Latimer Central Library, 90 4th Street W

  • Mondays: 5 to 8 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 1 to 3 p.m.
  • Thursdays: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Fridays: 9 a.m.  to 12 noon
  • Sundays: 1 to 4 p.m.

  • Wednesdays: 5 to 8 p.m.
  • Sundays: 1 to 5 p.m.
