MacPhail Center for Music will offer a Sing, Play, Learn! program in English and Spanish at the Rice Street Branch Library on Friday, February 4 at 10:30 a.m. Through hands-on musical play activities, families with children ages five and under can discover how music promotes learning and reading readiness. The Rice Street Library is located at 1011 Rice Street between Lawson and Hatch. Hours are Monday and Wednesday, 12 pm-8 pm; Tuesday 10 am-8 pm; Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 10 am-5:30 pm; and Sunday 1 pm-5 pm. All Saint Paul public libraries will be closed January 17 and 27.
