Notary Services
Notary Public services are available at all Saint Paul Public Libraries except the Bookmobile and the Dayton's Bluff and Hamline Midway Libraries.
Services will be offered until one half hour before the library closes, depending on Notary Public staff availability.
Saint Paul Public Library Notary Staff are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Minnesota and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice per Minnesota Statute 359.062 [1].
The fee for notary public services is $1 for each notarial act per Minnesota Statute 357.17 [2].
