ESL Classes

Free English Classes for Adults at Rondo Community Outreach Library

International Institute of Minnesota
Class and registration information for English as a Second Language classes available to adults from the International Institute of Minnesota.

Global Language Institute
Intensive English program located on the Saint Paul campus of the College of St. Scholastica. Beginner to highly advanced classes are offered, with a special focus on college preparation and admission.

Minnesota English Language Program
Programs in English instruction from the University of Minnesota, for non-native speakers of English with a high school diploma or the equivalent who have studied English in high school or college for at least two years.

Minnesota Literacy Council
Dedicated to helping individuals who need instruction or assistance in basic reading, English language, or other basic skills. Includes Hotline, a database of ESL classes, one-on-one tutors, and programs for adult learners.

Hubbs Center for Lifelong Learning
English as a Second Language program helps learners develop English proficiency in reading, writing, listening and speaking skills for the workplace, post-secondary education and personal development.

Women's English Language Discussion Group

Schedule:
Thursday mornings, from October to April, 9:30 to 11:30 AM.
Each meeting begins with a social hour and is followed by a structured conversational class.
