The Saint Paul Winter Carnival runs from January 24 to February 3, 2013.
Stop by Central Library, across the street from the ice carvings in Rice Park, to see displays of Winter Carnival artifacts and memorabilia.
Central Library will also be the scene of the Overthrow of King Boreas, immediately following the Torchlight Parade on February 2.
