FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

This service requires the creation of two account logins -- a SPPL-Zinio account to check out magazines from the library's collection, and a free Zinio.com account for downloading and reading magazines.

1 - On the Zinio page, Log in or Create New Account.

2 - Browse the available magazine titles and select the magazine(s) of your choice.

3 - After you select a magazine in the our collection, a second browser window will open to Zinio.com. Follow the "sign in here" link or create a free Zinio.com account (we recommend using the same log-in information used for your SPPL-Zinio account).

4 - After checking out a magazine, you can read it online or with a Zinio Reader app.

Zinio Apps

Zinio magazines may be read on a wide variety of apps available for many mobile devices, including:

Use your Zinio.com login to register the app on your device.

The Zinio app cannot be used to browse the Library's collection of free magazines. View and choose magazines using a web browser. After you have chosen your magazines, they will be available in your mobile app.

About Our Collection

  • Only the magazine titles found in the SPPL-Zinio web page are available for free viewing.
  • Magazine contents are representative of the wide range of interests of our patrons. Not all content may be suited to your individual taste.
  • Information For Parents: Zinio provides our customers with access to digital magazines for instant, on-demand viewing. Like the Library's magazine collection, Zinio provides access to a wide range of magazines some parents may find inappropriate for their children. We encourage parents and guardians to experience Zinio with their children and guide them in their explorations.
