Educator Library Cards

An educator status card lets you check out most library materials without accruing overdue fines. Educator status library card registrations are good for 1 year and need to be re-registered each August.

Though you do not accrue fines except on DVDs and videos, please respect the library due dates!

Educator Request for Materials

Let library staff gather books and materials for your class! Fill out an educator request form, and then fax the form to us or bring it in to a library.

Bring Your Class to the Library

Take a tour of the library, tailored to you and your students' needs. Contact your library to arrange a date and time for your visit.

Homework Centers are equipped with comfortable furniture, Wi-Fi, computers with internet access, printers, reference materials, and school supplies.

Students of all ages can dropin and work on homework independently or with the help of tutors.

Homework RescueHomework Rescue

Free one-to-one live homework help from online tutors for grades 3-12. 

Available every day, 1-11 p.m., in English and Spanish.

Other homework help services on the site are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Find online databases and other resources for elementary or middle school students or high school students.

Transparent Language Online - an effective, fun and engaging way to learning for over 80 languages.

Treehouse - an interactive learning platform that teaches you how to build websites, create mobile apps and program using coding languages. Follow along with projects through short videos, code challenges, and quizzes.
