Located at the Rondo Community Outreach Library, the Small Business Resource Center offers a collection of materials specially chosen for small business owners and entrepreneurs.

The Small Business Resource Center features:

  • Reference Materials
  • Internet and other electronic resources for planning and running a small business
  • Computer workstations reserved for business customers

Resources include:

  • Almanac of Business and Industrial Financial Ratios - comparative financial data benchmarks and trends for 192 industries
  • Business Plan Pro - sample business plans and business plan formats
  • Demographics Now - demographic information and thematic maps to analyze customer bases and spending potentials
  • NAICS - SIC database - identifies the NAICS and SIC numbers for business
  • RMA Annual Statement Studies - composite financial data for several hundred industries

Other electronic resources available at all branches of the St. Paul Public Library include magazine databases, free access to the archives for the St. Paul Pioneer Press and Minneapolis Star-Tribune, business databases, and ReferenceUSA.
