National Child Care Information Center
This site features frequently asked questions about child care, access to federal publications about child development, and a directory of national and state organizations concerned with child care and development. Department of Health & Human Services for Parents
Links to health and safety information for parents, including travel tips, immunization programs, bicycle safety, and lead poisoning.

Kidshealth
Children's health information presented for parents, for kids, and for teens.

Safe-a-Rooni
Games and activities teach kids about safety. The site includes parents' checklists for fire safety, swimming safety, and other tips for staying safe at home and at play. From the Minnesota Safety Council and other regional safety councils.

SafeKids
Provides parents with information to protect their children from unintentional injury. This site deals with child safety tips and standards. Information includes product recalls and articles on everything from bike helmets and water safety to household poisons and the dangers of firearms. Sponsored by the Children's National Medical Center and Johnson & Johnson.

Dads and Daughters
