Small Business Administration
Information from the federal agency that offers financial, technical, and management assistance to help entrepreneurs start, run, and grow their businesses. Links to forms and publications of the SBA, business plan basics, and other information. The site includes links to local SBA offices.

Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE). SCORE is a partner with the Small Business Administration, providing free counseling to small business owners.

Online gateway offering public access to government-wide Federal procurement opportunities exceeding $25,000.

Small Business Information -- U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
Questions and answers about the SEC and its relationship to small business, from raising capital to going public. Updates on pending issues affecting small business and downloadable forms are also available.

EPA Small Business Gateway
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency gateway to environmental information and contacts for small business. This site includes general information, environmental assistance links, and contacts to environmental experts to help small businesses meet environmental safety regulations.

Minnesota Secretary of State - Business Center
Registers business corporations, partnerships, nonprofit organizations, and other business entities. Features answers to frequently asked questions about business registration and PDF forms for most registration filings.

Minnesota State Register
Weekly publication that includes updates to Minnesota Rules, Official Notices, and -- of interest to business owners -- contracts open for bid and state grants and loans.

MNPro
Information on available commercial properties in Minnesota. Search by county or community for buildings or land. Contact information, building and site characteristics, and financial information are all available on the site. Many properties also feature a picture of the property. Visitors may also view profiles of Minnesota communities.

Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry
